Construction Office Manager
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in San Carlos, CA. Looking for a self-starter, independent worker mind set.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Estimators in their day-to-day tasks
1. Manage contract processing efficiently
1. Coordinate and process job-related insurance certificates
1. Administer company insurance plans
1. Oversee and manage Workman's compensation matters
1. File pre-liens new jobs
1. Set up new jobs
1. Minor support of bookkeeper.
1. Maintain a well-organized front office
1. Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of our business
Experience:
1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an Office Support or Office Management role within the construction or sub-construction industry
1. Experience using QuickBooks is a plus
1. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word) and Adobe
1. Understanding of OSHA requirements and Workers’ Compensation reporting
1. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
1. Answer phones.
