OVERVIEW

Save Energy (Petaluma), an established and growing company is seeking an individual who will play a vital role in meeting the day to day operations in our busy office. This is a career opportunity, not just a "job." We are looking for a long-term person – someone who is looking for a place to call “home,” with their eyes on moving up to manage the office in the future.

BASIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare permits for entry

- Submit permit applications

- Follow up on submitted permits

- Update file

- Update CRM (Marketsharp)

- Schedule close-in Inspections

- Schedule Final Inspections

- Other basic office duties

SCHEDULE

Flexible but our general office hours are 8:30 AM to 5 PM with 1/2 hour lunch

ATTRIBUTES NEEDED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

- Accuracy and organizational skills must be a natural talent.

- Detail orientated a must.

- Team player, always ready to help when needed.

- Able to multi task and stay focused.

- Confident and positive outlook.

- Able to relate to different personality styles.

REQUIREMENTS

- 2 years small office experience.

- Excellent computer skills – MS Office, email, etc.

- Able to pass a drug screening, background check and physical.

- Verifiable references.

COMPENSATION

$20/hr – $25/hr to start depending on experience. Benefits included
