Established Property Management Company seeking a Full Time Office Manager. This position is responsible for office management, scheduling of maintenance team, support Property Management Team and direct contact (phone & email) with clients, vendors and public with minimal supervision. Must be a "self-starter" able to work independently.
This position entails reporting daily to small property management company office. Work is primarily 8:30 to 5:00 with 30 minute lunch. Office is on 3rd floor of building (walkup SF Victorian).
Must be able to speak English, communicate well, function with minimal supervision, have prior experience, strong work ethic, trustworthy, honest, meet tight deadlines, perform quality work.
EMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Starting salary $24/hr. to $30/hr. DOE.
