We are a small dynamic electronics accessories company with suppliers based in China.
Currently, we're seeking a part-time Order Processing & Office Assistant to join our team.
This position is entry-level and part-time: 3 to 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, starting at 9:30 am with a flexible lunch break.
Basic knowledge of fundamental computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and email.
Managing order processing tasks such as generating invoices, verifying orders, sending invoices to customers, and processing payments, as well as assisting with various other sales duties as needed.
Experience is not required. Students are welcome.
Having knowledge of Chinese is advantageous.
