Currently, we're seeking a part-time Order Processing & Office Assistant to join our team.
Part-time position: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday, totaling 20 hours per week, starting at 9:30 am with a flexible lunch break.
Basic knowledge of fundamental computer applications such as Adobe Acrobat, Excel, and email.
Managing order processing tasks such as generating invoices, verifying orders, sending invoices to customers, and processing payments, as well as assisting with various other sales duties as needed.
