As we continue our upward trajectory and expand internationally, we are seeking a digitally savvy, proactive, and highly motivated Digital Content & Website Specialist, to join our dynamic team as we continue our mission to create technologies that enable professional-grade results achievable at home.
This a pivotal role that combines the creative element of adapting a wide range of digital content (static, dynamic, video etc) as well as optimizing the D2C platform for the UK and European markets. It’s an exciting opportunity if you enjoy dealing with international markets in a fast-paced beauty technology company.
Core Responsibilities:
Determine the optimum website infrastructure for international scale (ccTLD, sub-folders etc)
Optimize content for SEO and understand the dynamics of CRO, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and US development team
Manage website updates and implement changes according to the marketing promotional calendar
Monitor website traffic and performance and continuously optimize
Ensure website security and compliance with data protection regulations for international markets
Audit all US content (videos, PDPs, email flows & campaigns, imagery) and tweak and adapt needed
Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the adaptation or creation needed throughout the year and ensuring consistency across all markets globally
Ensure a consistent and premium aesthetic across all platforms, as well as managing our social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, etc)
Skills & Requirements:
3+ years experience of website management & website architecture
In-depth experience with Shopify Plus as it relates to international markets and an ability to work on conversion rate optimization
Fluency in work across key graphic design tools creation tools, Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva and ability to adapt a wide range of digital content
Good familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms (Klaviyo, push Owl, Attentive)
Data-driven, highly analytical with an ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Must be hands-on, self-motivated and able to work remotely as well as part of a broader team
Understand the dynamics of international markets (specifically Europe) and any language skills or having lived abroad would be a plus
Work Location: Hybrid – 2+ days at Company office in Danvers, MA
