As we continue our upward trajectory and expand internationally, we are seeking a digitally savvy, proactive, and highly motivated Influencer & Affiliate Specialist, to join our dynamic team as we continue our mission to create technologies that enable professional-grade results achievable at home.
As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing & affiliate strategies and creative campaigns. You will identify (through organic and research methods) and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders, within the NIRA’s core segments. The role will work closely with the International & US based marketing teams.
Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns for the core international markets, specifically the UK and Europe
Identify prominent influencers and thought leaders through organic and research platforms
Create concise briefs and build a strong rapport with each influencer to build authentic product passion
Plan customized influencer and affiliate campaigns using online applications such as Refersion and Upfluence
Write and curate content ideas to optimize conversion and ROI and ensuring published content is within brief
Work with broader marketing team to optimize great content including reformatting influencer content for paid advertising, email campaigns etc
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences, and new emerging social platforms
Skills & Requirements:
Recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field
Work experience or knowledge of the influencer landscape in the UK and Europe
Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok and other social media best practices and social media KPIs
Familiarity with online marketing platforms, including but not limited to, Sprout Social, Shopify, Attentive, and Graphic creation tools (e.g., Photoshop/Illustrator/Canva).
Strong eye for premium aesthetic
Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques
Strong written and verbal communication skills with additional languages considered a plus
Energized by an entrepreneurial environment – not afraid to do things themselves to get things done. Comfortable managing own activities with limited oversight and resources. Self-reliant/proactive and has a pioneering spirit.
Must be hands-on, self-motivated, and able to work well as a team player
Work Location: Hybrid – 2+ days working from Company office in Danvers, MA
