Our fast growing, family-owned hydraulic hammer business has an immediate opening for an experienced inside sales representative to help support our growing customer base. Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience and is self-motivated, detail oriented, and customer focused. Must be highly organized, able to follow instructions, and able to work with customers and vendors alike. Marketing experience is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assist customers in a professional, courteous manner.
Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Provide customer quotations and follow up on open quotes.
Process and confirm new orders.
Create purchase orders for outside purchased parts.
Proactively review customer orders for any delivery delays.
Contact vendors regarding the status of open purchase orders.
Support existing sales staff as necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous sales experience is preferred.
Effective time-management skills.
Capable of monitoring long term orders and customer requests.
Ability to follow up and update customers with status of orders.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Office programs.
Experience with Quickbooks is preferred.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Salary: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
