Join a fast paced, growing commercial flooring company located in Wilmington, MA. The Digital Marketing/Social Media Coordinator will support Capital Carpet’s (and its affiliated companies) marketing and communications through management of websites, social media and email marketing. While reflecting the company’s mission and brand, the coordinator will be responsible for product promotion, digital marketing (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn…), email marketing, content creation, lead generation, identifying and prospecting new customers and other duties as assigned. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of digital marketing experience in an office setting. Experience in flooring, construction or interior design preferred. Must be comfortable collaborating as part of a team, but also able to work independently.
Flexible schedule (20 hours per week to start)
Hourly rate $22+ (based on level of experience)
Qualifications:
Must be based in the Boston area - This is an in office role.
Knowledge of online and email marketing principles
Experience with maintaining / editing website
Experience with AdWords / Google SEO / Google Analytics / Facebook Ads / Mailchimp / Constant Contact
Excellent writing and communication skills
Attention to detail
Enjoys working independently and is ready to and take this position and run with it while bringing new, fresh marketing ideas to the company
