We are seeking a professional marketing specialist who can help showcase our business and help us reach an even larger customer base, while providing excellent communication and service to our many existing customers.
Qualifications:
· Marketing specialist with 2 years of experience; database management helpful
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Self starter who can work independently with little oversight as well as collaborate with others
· Excellent time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
· Website maintenance and editing with knowledge of SEO; ability to recommend methods to boost website presence in internet searches
· Recommend ways to enhance customer experience through mass marketing; ie: referral programs, repeat customer incentives, new customer incentives
· Highlight the professional work of our valued installers and technicians
· Maintain our social media accounts highlighting both work in the field and staff members
· Recommend printed materials, email marketing, promotional products to advance company goals
· Assist with updating and maintaining an accurate database of customers
· Other administrative tasks as needed
Hours: Approximately 15-20 hours per week, $20-22 per hour
