[Job Description]

As an Order Manager, you will be involved in managing online and direct customer orders, working directly with the Operations Manager. This position is ideal for someone who likes the dynamics of working in a small company, enjoys helping customers, and thrives to improve operational excellence.

You will be a direct contributing member working closely with the Operations group, and the Sales, Marketing, and Management teams. We are looking for someone who takes pride in "owning" their area of expertise, and helping other departments excel at theirs.

The ideal candidate should have a experience in the following areas:

-Processing orders, both online and direct PO's

-Shipping and Receiving Products

-Manage inventory controls and accuracy

-Product purchasing as needed

-Communicate with customers and respond to customer requests via telephone and/or email in a professional manner

-Manage customer returns and RMAs

-Familiar with Inventory Control or Audit Procedures.

-Excellent listening, written, and communication skills

-Professional demeanor, behaves with integrity and trust

-Must be detailed oriented and highly organized

-Must be self-motivated and work in a fast pace environment

-Maintain regular and predictable attendance

-Proficient with MS Excel, Outlook, Google Gmail , Docs, Google Drive

-Work with Excel or spreadsheet data

-Order Management (2+ years desired)

-Quickbooks or related software (2+ years preferred)

-Excel or Advance Spreadsheets (vlookup, pivot tables)

-Online Marketplace Experience: Amazon FBA, E-Bay, Walmart, etc.

-Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask.

-Distribution Experience in Components, Computer IT, or Retail

-CRM: Zoho CRM, SalesForec, etc.
