ABOUT THE POSITION:

Key Responsibilities For Office Manager

Create a welcoming and cheerful atmosphere for patients when they walk in as needed to support front desk

Answer phone calls with a smile and schedule appointments as needed to support front desk

Assist the chiropractors in providing treatments and scribing

Verify patient information and insurance reimbursement

Present financial arrangements and financial solutions to patients \

Quick and creative thinkingbeing able to make autonomous decisions that grow the office

Respond to patient correspondence regarding financial policies, questions, and some billing

Organize, bill and manage Medicare and personal injury claims in a timely manner

Accurate posting of payments and management of patient financial matters through their treatment plan. Must have empathy and high level of customer service to assist with various patient financial situations

Office supply management and ordering

Collaborate with the owner and other chiropractic assistants on planning and executing office events and marketing projects

Work with closely with vendors and bookkeeper, Utilize EHR for daily, weekly, and monthly reports tracking patient care statistics

Role

Full time, salaried, non exempt

40 hours a week, during the hours of 8 am-6:15 pm Monday-Friday, and rotating Saturdays 7:45 am-11:30 am.

$55k-$62k a year DOE

Monthly bonus potential. The most successful office managers regularly earn $500-$1500+ bonus a month, and there is an end of the year bonus in place
