LB Business Solutions Inc is a growing bookkeeping, payroll, Admin and tax prep firm looking to expand its team.
We are looking for someone to fill the position of Payroll Specialist.
The ideal candidate can communicate well (in all forms), is computer savvy and very organized.
You must understand payroll processing, including benefits, deductions and tax deposit schedules.
Following up on tasks, meeting deadlines, and taking ownership as your part of a team is what we seek.
The Payroll Specialist duties include (not an exhaustive list):
Process payrolls
Submit payroll tax deposits
Submit child support payments
Enter Data
Scan and file papers
Follow-up with clients (phone, email )
Complete Workers Comp and liability audits
