We are seeking to add bookkeeper and payroll clerk to our team.
Requirements:
Process payroll data in QuickBooks, and filing payroll taxes and returns.
Update employees information
Download & save various payroll information and reports.
Prepare bank reconciliation with QuickBooks software.
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports.
Good communication skills, and excellent organizational skills.
Filing, scanning, emailing, and reviewing tax documents and returns.
Typing skills and computer skills required. 10 key-by touch.
Accounting degree preferred, not required.
Bilingual in English and Chinese.
