Contract Bookkeeper Needed ON SITE for a small Model Art company in the Mission area.
Approximately 8-16 hours per week. Preferably 2-3-afternoons a week.
Must possess the following skills:
QuickBooks
Microsoft Office
Analytical Skills
Attention to Detail
Fast Learner
On-site duties will include:
Managing and submitting very small Payroll
Payables
Billing & Collections
Sales Tax Preparation and Filing
General Ledger Management
Inventory Management and Purchasing
Working with Filemaker Database to update expenses, send invoices, and check pricing in inventory
Scanning and filing (within our established system)
