Evans Management Services is looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our expanding accounting department. We manage properties across California, and are steadily growing our portfolio! Our team includes leaders in the industry of Mobile Home Park Management and provides a stimulating environment focused on providing outstanding service to our clients.
Successful candidate must possess the following required skills and be familiar with:
- Payroll Processing and Employee Onboarding
- Knowledge of Payroll laws and general timekeeping
- Quarterly and annual Payroll Taxes
- Payables Processing
- Accurate Bank Reconciliations
- Revenue Reconciliation
- Familiar with financial report generation and have a general understanding of information contained in reporting.
- Year end prep, including W2 and 1099 filings
- Familiar with basic Excel functions
- Experience with SAGE Accounting Software a plus

- Able to work independently, after the initial training period
