PART TIME ACCOUNTANT/BOOKKEEPER 10-20 hrs/week Flexible hours
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong working knowledge of Quicken, QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
High Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
Payroll experience and knowledge
A/P & A/R experience
Strong computer skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Highly organized with extreme attention to detail
Property Management background a plus
Income Tax preparation experience a plus
