A real estate property management company based in San Mateo, CA is seeking a part-time Accounting Specialist to support the accounting team and general office administration.
This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position with a flexible schedule (up to 20 hours per week) for in-person work in the office.
General job duties and responsibilities:
Process accounts payable and receivable
Prepare credit card and other reconciliations
Work with vendors to resolve billing issues
Provide support for office operation and administration
Assist with various assignments and projects as needed
Qualifications:
College degree preferred; minimum high school diploma
Minimum three years of accounting work experience
Quick learner and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel
Must pass all reference and background checks
