Accounts Payable Clerk

JDB & Sons Construction, Inc. is looking for a full-time on-site Accounts Payable Clerk. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and assisting with finance administrative tasks. The AP role ensures the management of cashflow and pays vendors/suppliers using a system of identifying, interpreting, and inputting invoices into Foundation software. This role requires attention to detail, as reviewing invoices and appropriate documentation prior to payment is essential to minimizing error. Contacting vendors, suppliers, subcontractors and insurance parties to make necessary payments is a performed on a daily basis.
