Clayton's Bakery is adding to our team of a dedicated and talented pastry professionals! Our department produces large amounts of a variety of desserts/breads/pastries and petit'fours for our full service bakery and other restaurant locations as well. Strong attention to detail, quality and consistency organization and experience in baking is highly preferred.

Quality and consistency are key:
-Follow and Measure Recipes
-Mix, Scale and Bake a wide variety of products using math conversions and structure
-Ensure proper setup, clean-up and break down of equipment
-Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties
-Able to follow both verbal and written instructions, formulas and schedules
-Adhere to company policies, procedures and sanitation and cleaning guidelines
-Stand for long periods of time, bend, and lift 50 lbs.
Schedule is currently 4:00 am to 2pm and 9pm to 6am and we operate 7 days a week. Days/Nights and open availability. Weekends and some holidays expected and the flexibility to adjust hours and/or work days if needed.
Baking starts early and through the night.
