POSITION: PM Pastry Baker
HIRING PAY RANGE: $17.00 - $17.50
REQUIRED AVAILABILITY: 4 pm -2:30 am
SHIFT START TIME: 4 pm OR 6 pm
DAYS: TBD (WEEKENDS REQUIRED)
STATUS: Full Time
We are hiring PM Pastry Bakers to bake and pack pastry products for wholesale orders daily. The PM Pasty Baker must know how to mix all scones, muffins, etc. Working to restock supplies on shelves and in freezers the PM Pastry Baker will also sort and stock supplies / ingredients and assess inventory as well. We are looking for enthusiastic, dedicated, well-rounded individuals to add to our team!
We are open 364 days a year, weekend and holiday availability are required.

REQUIREMENTS:
Awareness that product quality is the primary focus.
Ability to improve and maintain consistency and quality of product.
Regular attendance and punctuality are essential.
Have a good sense of time management and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.
Must be a cooperative, considerate team member.
Possesses enthusiastic, polite, and friendly demeanor.
Ability to demonstrate flexibility and team spiritedness by willingness to perform all “as needed” tasks throughout
production and to assist in all special projects.
Must be able to stand and/or walk for an entire shift.
Must be trainable on operating various types of equipment safely to perform job duties.
Ability to properly lift 50 pounds regularly throughout shift along with ability to push and pull up to 100 pounds.
Ability to repeatedly stoop, kneel and crouch throughout shift.
Reliable transportation.
Bilingual is a plus.
