1st Choice IT is looking for a motivated and skilled IT/Tech Support Specialist to join our team in Encino, CA. This part-time position is ideal for individuals passionate about technology, enjoy hands-on work with computers, and thrive in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on a variety of computer systems and hardware.
- Provide in-office technical support and troubleshooting for staff.
- Conduct onsite visits to client locations to resolve technical issues, install hardware, or perform system upgrades.
- Assist with the setup and configuration of new systems and networks.
- Maintain documentation of technical procedures and client service records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and knowledge in IT support, computer repair, or a related field.
- Familiarity with a wide range of hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation for onsite client visits is required.

- This is an in-office position located in Encino, CA; remote or virtual work is NOT available.
