If you're the type of person who's confident you can fix anything, whether you've seen it before or not, then you might be just the aspiring tech we're looking for. If you've got the attitude and aptitude, the tech should be the easy part. We have fun doing what we do, and whomever we bring on board should enjoy this as much as we do. It would be great if you have IT experience, but it's not an absolute requirement. A solid understanding of Windows and Mac OS, networking familiarity, and the ability to pick things up quickly is really what we're looking for. Bonus points if you know what an MSP is (without googling).
We've also got a couple of ([mostly] well behaved) furry friends in the shop, so please be dog-friendly.
We provide consumer in-store repair services and on-site IT Business services generally focused on PCs, Macs, Peripherals, Communications platforms like Office 365 and Google Workplace, Information Security, and Network Support.

We're a growing company and we're looking for the right employees to grow along with us. We've posted the general salary range, but are flexible for the right fit. The regular schedule would be Monday-Friday 10A-6P, but we are flexible for the right candidate with part time as a potential option. This is an in-person opportunity, not remote at this time. Benefits provided after a probationary period.
