Entry Level Help Desk Support - Diamond Bar

Sierra Cybernetics is seeking an Entry Level IT Help Desk Specialist with at least six (6) months experience to support our client in Diamond Bar, CA.

Salary: $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience

In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support to our customer’s employees, helping them resolve hardware and software issues efficiently and professionally.

The position is on-site and is expected to be 6 - 12 months or more with the potential to become a permanent employee.

Open to US citizens, green card holders.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalate as needed.

Track equipment and hardware inventory.

Install and configure computer systems and applications.

Document technical issues and resolutions in customer’s ticketing system.

Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Six (6) months+ of experience providing technical support.

Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Strong interest in technology and willingness to learn new skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
