Automotive Shop Manager/Service Writer

Columbia Falls Auto Clinic is looking for a general manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, as well as being a secondary service writer. Our current service writer has been with us for over 10 years and does a great job. Automotive experience is helpful but not necessary. Being an upbeat person with good communication skills and the ability to quickly learn is what we need. Duties would include: Service writing, checking in vehicles daily, scheduling vehicle for repairs, ordering and receiving parts, dispatching work to techs and keeping them on task and working efficiently, quality control on completed vehicles, and keeping the shop workflow smooth and productive.
