Customer Service Rep responsibilities are as follows;
Working directly with our customers you must have a professional manner on the phone and in person. Have great communication skills (verbal and written) and be a good team player. Be proficient in PC and be knowledgeable in Excel, Word and Outlook. Must have some knowledge with bookkeeping. Some insurance experience is a plus.
