Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Auto Parts Customer Service Representative. This position is for one day a week, specifically on Fridays, to assist our customers in finding the right accessories and addressing any inquiries they may have.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide product information and guidance to customers.
Process customer orders and handle transactions accurately.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
Previous customer service experience is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of auto accessories or a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.
Availability to work on Fridays.
Work Schedule:
Fridays: 8am - 5pm
