The candidate will enter Cain invoices into platforms such as Open Invoice, Ariba, GEP, Actian etc. Each platform has different requirements based on pricing agreements with each company. The AR Portal Entry Clerk will be responsible for correct and timely entry of invoices into each platform. In addition, this role will include handling any invoice disputes as well as web based platform issues. The candidate will need to have a working relationship with Cain sales people, Cain AR people, Customer Billing Contacts and billing platform help desk individuals. Attention to detail is key.Reports to: Credit ManagerMinimum Qualifications:· High school degree · Experience and competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications:· College Degree Familiarity with web based platformsWorking Conditions:This is a remote position. This is data entry and will require extended periods of time working with a computer.
