Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organized Credit Clerk in Odessa, Texas. The role involves processing customer credit applications and maintaining accurate records in the telecom industry. The successful candidate will also be responsible for resolving customer credit inquiries and monitoring customer credit accounts.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications Maintain customer credit records with utmost accuracy Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate actions to collect delinquent payments Assist in billing and entering time for payroll Send invoices to the appropriate customer and manage collections Code invoices from credit card receipts Operate in Open Invoice and company-owned software Perform basic administrative duties as needed Pay close attention to detail and ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and on time. Skills: Account Reconciliation Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Billing Data Entry Invoice Processing Microsoft Excel Oracle QuickBooks SAP Open Invoice Administrative Assistance Administrative Office Administrative procedures Administrative skills Collections Collections management Credit Card Receipts Credit Card Reconciliation Credit Card Statements Credit Card Charges Code Invoices Coding Invoices Approved Invoices Payroll. Requirements Proficiency in performing account reconciliation tasks Experience with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) Ability to manage billing processes effectively Capability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently Experience with invoice processing Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Familiarity with Oracle Experience with QuickBooks and SAP Knowledge of using Open Invoice Ability to provide administrative assistance and manage administrative office procedures Experience in collections and collections management Ability to handle credit card receipts, reconciliation, statements, and charges Experience with coding and processing approved invoices Familiarity with payroll procedures and software Strong administrative skills.
