You’ll play a vital role in enhancing customer experiences across TAL brands to drive engagement and loyalty. This includes creating personalised email, SMS, and web campaigns, simplifying processes, and helping customers confidently use self-service tools to manage their policies. This hands-on role covers both planning and execution from designing end-to-end customer journeys and propositions, to messaging, campaign strategy, and continuous optimisation based on data and feedback. In This Role You Will: Lead and deliver retention-focused campaigns that add customer value and drive TAL’s growth. Promote digital adoption and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the customer journey and resolve technical challenges. Ensure all initiatives align with budgets, strategic goals, and deliver measurable value through ongoing evaluation. Manage campaign execution—overseeing timelines, budgets, risks, and communicating clearly with internal teams. Act as the main stakeholder contact to secure approvals, develop go-to-market plans, and ensure seamless campaign delivery
