We are excited to holding a Grow with Us Assessment Centre for future Store Managers! The Grow with Us program is designed to empower you to take charge of their development, with the goal of preparing you to confidently apply for Store Manager roles—a position that is key to helping us achieve our company vision.Team members who have expressed interest in stepping into this role should currently be working with their Line Manager on the Store Manager Development Sheet. This process helps identify key strengths and development areas before applying to attend an Assessment Day.Candidates who are successful at the Assessment Centre will begin a structured development journey, which will run alongside their current role in AUNZ. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to a wide range of topics, receive ongoing feedback, and build hands-on experience in areas critical to the Store Manager role.Eligibility Criteria for the Assessment CentreTo apply via the Employee Portal, please ensure the following steps are completed:You must be high performing in your current role. Before applying, have a conversation with your Line Manager about your readiness for the program.
