Part-Time Office Assistant – Small Construction Company (In-Person, 5 Days/Week)
We area small but growing construction company seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This is an in-person position, Monday through Friday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and are looking for someone to start as soon as possible. Local candidates only please! This position is 100% in office. Required to be authorized to work in the U.S
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Schedule concrete jobs
- Communicate with clients via phone and email
- Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day tasks
- Enter and track break reports and other data
- Support the integration of a new office management system

- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
