Part-Time Office Assistant – Renovation Company (NYC / Queens)
Small renovation & construction company in NYC is hiring a part-time office assistant to help with daily office tasks.
Duties include:
– Answering phones & scheduling jobs
– Sending invoices using Excel or QuickBooks
– Organizing files, permits, and job records
– Speaking with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
Requirements:
– Must speak English clearly (Spanish is a plus)
– Must know how to use basic computer tools (Excel, Gmail, Google Drive)
– Experience with construction or renovations is a big plus
– Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
Location: Queens Astoria But you can work from home as well sometimes!
Schedule: Part-time (15–25 hours/week) — flexible days
Pay: $22–$25/hour depending on experience
