We're a women-owned cannabis edibles company committed to crafting exceptional products. As our business grows, we're building a team of dedicated people who are empowered to do their best work. We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations.

The Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist with essential administrative and financial tasks. This is a foundational role that will directly help the company scale. We're looking for a self-motivated individual who is eager to learn and grow with the company.

What You'll Do

Accounts & Invoicing: Manage accounts receivable by emailing overdue customers and matching incoming payments to invoices in QuickBooks. Process accounts payable by paying invoices and bills.

Customer Management: Onboard new retailers by communicating with them to collect necessary information, adding them to our files and to QuickBooks, and preparing and providing customer statements upon request.

Order & Delivery Support: Process incoming orders by coordinating with customers and our Production team, creating and sending invoices.

Communications: Manage a company calendar for outreach events like budtender trainings and sales meetings. Assist with routine email communications to existing retailers and respond to emails sent to our general inbox.

General Administration: Help with tasks like receiving and sorting incoming mail.

Who You Are

Reliable & Organized: You are a self-starter with excellent time management skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

A Clear Communicator: You are comfortable and professional when communicating with both retailers and our internal team.

Tech-Savvy: You are proficient with digital tools and willing to learn QuickBooks.

Flexible: You can work independently and are able to come to our White Plains office 1-2 times per week.

Compensation

Starting pay is $25 per hour. The role is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
