Administrative assistant needed for boutique law firm involved in imports and exports.
Part-Time position in Midtown Manhattan with some flexibility regarding days and times. Seeking organized applicants who likes learning new things and can contribute to an environment that thrives best on time-management.
No legal experience necessary, but all candidates must have good communication skills and be comfortable dealing with people by phone and email. Job requires experience with Word and Excel and a willingness to learn our recordkeeping software on the job. Minimal typing necessary, mostly drafting or revising cover letters as well as creating and analyzing spreadsheets.
Ideal applicants will have experience working with a company that manufactures, imports or exports goods, or provides service involving order management, distribution, warehousing, transportation, or customs brokerage.
