Global Real Estate Investor and Manager is seeking to hire a Temporary Executive Assistant to provide maternity leave coverage, starting ASAP through March 2026. This position will be responsible for providing advanced administrative support to senior leadership in the Global Marketing and Communications department to ensure the efficient operation of the team. This role directly supports the Managing Partner, Global Head of Marketing and Communications based in the New York office, with limited support for other department Managing Directors (2-3). Hours are 8/9am-5/6pm with availability after-hours as needed. The ideal candidate will be proactive, polished, and genuinely excited to join the team, which views every temp hire as a potential long-term contributor.
