This position is a Supervisory Lead Manager for the Central Office Fiscal Accounts Payable Unit, for a team that performs complex and difficult accounting duties. This position leads a team that is responsible for the Division's federal reporting and management of grants and grant draws. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive narrative and financial reports for presentation to the management team, which include detailed monthly operating statements; Develops revenue and expenditure forecasts by analyzing current and historical fiscal data and trends to assess program needs; Maintains budget accounts to ensure expenditures are within budgetary limits; and prepares biennial budgets for assigned budget accounts. The position assists with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and internal controls.
