The State of Minnesota is committed to equity and inclusion, and invests in employees by providing benefits, support resources, and training and development opportunities.Responsible as part of a team to process Health Care Savings Plan (HCSP) reimbursements by analyzing claim forms and the accompanying verification documentation, provide problem resolution support to callers, investigate and/or facilitate resolution of simple to highly complex problems relating to the claims.Minimum Qualifications Advanced office/administration support in a health-related business office, expense reimbursements, or invoice reconciliation. Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to explain procedures, rules and regulations so that others understand them and are provided with clear, accurate information. Customer service skills sufficient to answer phones, resolve more complex situations, and respond to inquires Data entry skills sufficient to maintain accurate records. Math skills sufficient to review reimbursement claims, analyze invoices, and balance daily batches.Preferred Qualifications Strong time management skills to organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with discretion.
