ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES Position Summary: We have an immediate need for an HR Generalist Admin - temp with experience in hourly recruiting. The HR Generalist admin is responsible for full life cycle recruiting: recruiting, screening, hiring, and recommending placement of crewmembers by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). This position will be supporting OTG in MSP Airport. The HR Generalist will support the Human Resources Business Partner in all HR activities. Responsibilities:

Recruiting all hourly, non-exempt positions for OTG's Restaurants and Markets in MSP Airport.

Provides transactional support and works to resolve inquiries and issues pertaining to HR-related matters in a proactive and engaging manner, from intake to close out.

Administers various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in implementation of personal policies and procedures; maintains and distributes crewmember handbook and policies for files.

Enters and processes new hire information and records. Maintains 1-9 information and airport badge information. Ensures coordination and communication with hiring managers, payroll and airport badging clerks.

S chedules and assists in conducting new hire orientation.

Responsible for sourcing, screening, and referring applicants to OTG's Hourly Career Fairs

Establish relationships with nearby vocational, culinary and local universities.

Coordinate and execute weekly Career Fairs

Follow up and track all aspects of employment, such as completing employment forms, notifying Managers of Career Fair times and employee's starting date

Assist with all recruitment efforts to include relationships with not and non for profits and military organization

Post and update all open positions

Complete daily and weekly reports on employment activity

Special projects as needed

Travel as needed

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

College Degree is desired

Strong PC knowledge which includes MS Excel, Word; Google Drive is a plus

Experience with applicant tracking systems

Excellent hospitality skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Minimum of 2 year of experience of recruiting in a Restaurant/Hospitality setting is preferred
