We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage the day-to-day office operations and financial coordination for a busy creative business.
Responsibilities include:
Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
Bookkeeping and tracking expenses
Paying bills and managing accounts payable/receivable
Coordinating with accountants on tax preparation and filings
Overseeing office organization and administrative systems
Assisting with vendor and client communications as needed
Qualifications:
Strong bookkeeping and payroll experience
Proficiency with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
