Your Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day front office tasks: scheduling, insurance verification, collecting copays, updating charts, and answering calls/messages.
Oversee patient accounts (Medical Billing & A/R): Submit claims, follow up on delayed payments, and ensure accurate records.
Get creative with social media posts to engage with our community.
Keep the office clean, stocked, and organized, plus run occasional errands.
Handle office management tasks like credentialing, file organization, and insurance renewals.
What We Offer:
Part-Time, Consistent Hours: 27-32 hours per week (Tuesday & Thursday 8:30-6:00, Friday & Saturday 8:30-3:00, Sunday/Monday/Wednesday off).

Requirements:
1+ year of office experience (medical experience preferred, but not required).
1+ year of medical billing or office bookkeeping required.
Fluent in English with reliable transportation (must be on-island).
Must love dogs! Our certified service dog (a golden doodle) is part of the team and adds fun to the workday.
