In this role, you will be responsible for most of the day-to-day accounting functions such as reconciling bank statements, inspecting daily cash reports and Accounts Receivable collections.
Responsibilities:
Manage and reconcile receivables and bank accounts.
Inspect and audit daily cash reports.
Collect, review, and reconcile all credit card receipts.
Perform other related duties as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience working with QuickBooks Online software preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
