Seeking Full time administrative assistant to support Owner of multiple Boat Dealerships and Real Estate Management business. Financial Management, Real Estate and/or Property Management experience very helpful. Marine Industry experience a Big Plus. We are seeking an honest, reliable and discrete individual who has excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast paced environment.

Previous experience supporting executive-level management is helpful
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO
Organize Personal files, folders and paperwork in a timely and systematic manner.
Maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings and business deadlines
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and accommodations.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Conduct research and compile data as needed.
Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with Project Management
PROPERTY RENTALS
Ensure monthly rent payments are received in a timely manner
Keep all tenant info organized and digitally filed.
Getting Bids and organizing repairs and work with Contractors
Help with any tenant issues and needs. Communicate all concerns to Owner.
