Responsibilities:
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our staging projects. Your responsibilities will include:
● Coordinating staging projects from inception to completion.
● Managing inventory, ensuring that all staging materials and decor are in excellent
condition and readily available.
● Curating an inventory system that works for all parties to easily collaborate and
complete each project efficiently.
● Supervising staging teams and ensuring that all projects adhere to company standards.
● Collaborating with clients and real estate professionals to understand their vision and requirements.
● Implementing efficient processes to streamline operations and enhance overall productivity.
● Monitoring budgets and controlling costs to maximize profitability.
● Overseeing and managing all client agreements and invoicing.
● Providing leadership and support to ensure a positive and collaborative team
environment.
● Overseeing and managing all Social Media
● Overseeing and managing all scheduling between job sites, delivery team, and internal
operations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
● Driver's License (Required)
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
● A keen eye for design and attention to detail.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in project management tools and software.
