We are looking for an experienced (5+ years) Executive Personal Assistant to be the right hand to a busy high- profile CEO. This role is in person, in our client's home.

The right person for the job shall be capable of wearing many hats and provide support to the executive both personally and professionally. Must be discrete, and have a “can do” attitude. The ideal candidate is a competent multi-tasker with the ability and willingness to handle all projects tactfully and precisely.
Hours:
Monday- Friday 9 am to 5 pm (weekends & on call as needed)
Position Responsibilities:
Manage and Maintain schedules/ calendars for one (1) Executive & three (3) school-aged children
Confirm appointments and locations for household members
Schedule and pay contractors for household needs
Coordinate with vendors to ensure that all supplies needed for renovations/ events are delivered on time
Maintain financial records and budgets of the householder
Plan and schedule medical appointments for executive
Plan and schedule vet appointments for dog (1 Beagle), manage dog walker's schedule/ payments
Maintain all home inventory fully stocked and up to date, i.e (office supplies, household materials, groceries, etc.)
Manage estate home and surrounding land (pool, landscapers, irrigation, internet, home technology, etc.)
Correspond and communicate (telephone speaking and email written communication skills must be exceptional)
Coordinate deliveries and shipping
Drop/ Pick up off dry cleaning
Run personal errands
Drive executive, children, and or dog to appointments/ events/ activities when needed
Step in to assist vendors and contractors when needed
Keep vehicle maintenance current and up to date as needed
Coordinate accordingly- be prepared to take care of generally anything related to the household you’re managing.
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting high-profile individuals
Demonstrate a high degree of integrity, loyalty, and security measures regarding all confidential matters
Must be extremely detail-oriented
Highly organized
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Proficient in Apple/Mac, PC (MS Office Programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), scheduling software
Ability to work under pressure
Have a reliable vehicle with a valid driver’s license and a good driving record
Have excellent references from past employers
Must undergo a personal background check
Candidate must be flexible with their schedule and be comfortable handling last-minute requests depending on the day, and sometimes weekends.
Experience:
Personal Assistant/ Household Management: 5 years (Preferred)
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Must be a US citizen or legally able to work in the US

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
