Supporting the firm’s paralegals and attorneys with construction defect matters in litigation

The Hospitality Coordinator will collaborate and partner with the Office Marketing Manager the planning, set up, and execution of office events, including vendor and catering communication, AV set-up, and all other tasks required of the event. Coordinate logistics for internal meetings and events including food/beverage orders, invitations and RSVP tracing, etc., including department/practice group meetings.
