Our kitchen and restaurant philosophy emphasizes relationships with regional and organic producers, reflecting our commitment to environmental stewardship and community connection. This position offers an opportunity to join our hospitality and restaurant team that is expanding and developing a 43-acre property, featuring historic caboose lodging, vintage cabins, a farm-to-table restaurant, scenic campground facilities, a year-round stream, a meadow for events, and connection to myriad hiking trails.
As part of Jubilee Railroad's broader vision, our restaurant team members are encouraged to develop deep knowledge about our unique wilderness setting, local food systems, and the transformative educational work happening on site. We believe that every role in our restaurant contributes to creating an atmosphere of genuine care and hospitality, where staff members share their enthusiasm with guests through knowledge of our local farms and the rich biodiversity of the Siskiyou County region. We are located amidst the magical wilderness of Mount Shasta, at the eastern gateway to the "Klamath Knot", a global biodiversity hotspot.
