Established contractor for multi-family construction projects seeking experienced, PRODUCTION-ORIENTED cabling installers/pullers to install structured cabling systems for multiple construction site jobs in the Santa Rosa area.
Essential Functions:
Professional construction installers needed to perform complete rough-in, trim and test for CAT VI and coax cabling for CCTV/security, voice/telephone, data, network, card access control and fire alarm systems.
Ability to understand schematic diagrams and blueprints to run, dress, terminate, test and label wiring followed by the installation and testing of the trim components.
Perform all pre-wire (cable pulling, installation, fireproofing, terminating), through to trim, testing and troubleshooting.
Experience with drilling for device installation and proficient in clean cable dressing.
Installation, programming, testing and troubleshooting electronic security devices, and/or knowledge of analog and IP cameras.
DVRs/NVRs, access control.
Qualifications:
Understanding of construction means and methods as to avoid damaging other trades work.
Must have reliable personal transportation stocked with standard low voltage hand and power tools including the knowledge on how to use them effectively, (punch-down, cable tester, toner, test meter, cordless power drill, snips, cutters/strippers, Coax-RJ45 crimpers, hand tools, etc.).

Work with the team to ensure all supplies/materials, equipment and information is on site to meet schedules and deadlines and adhere to safety guidelines and site requirements.
Experience with Silent Knight Fire Alarm Systems a big plus.
