We are looking for an administrative assistant/ Office manager for a CPA firm to do office administrative work including billing, client emails, phones, data entry using Excel and QuickBooks etc. Knowledge in MS Excel is required. Experience with QuickBooks is preferred. You will summarize the billing data, prepare bills and mail them out to the clients at the beginning of the month, attend phones, and do other administrative work such as email and phone communication. You also will do data entry in to QuickBooks and Excel. Other admin work such as binding, filing, maintaining the office etc. Please send us your resume showing education, experience etc.
Job Type: Full time (Part time about 25 hours per week might work as well).
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
