We are a leading black car and executive bus service provider based in the San Francisco Bay area. We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch transportation solutions with a focus on safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

We seek a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our team. This full-time position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching our fleet of vehicles, ensuring timely service and exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exemplary customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and online platforms.

- Answer incoming calls promptly and address client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

- Assist clients with reservation information, status updates, and resolution of any issues or concerns they may have.

- Process reservations accurately and efficiently, ensuring all relevant details are captured.

- Maintain accurate client records and update information as required.

- Collaborate closely with colleagues and other departments to resolve client issues and ensure optimal customer satisfaction.

- Review manifests provided; schedule and dispatch drivers.

- Fill open runs or make driver or trip reassignments to ensure timely service.

- Properly record driver absences, late arrivals, early departures.

- Maintain confidentiality of passenger’s information.

- Receive calls and accurately record significant information.

- Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.

- Take, receive, and dispatch reservations for transportation.

- Address alerts for changes or issues with existing reservations.

- Prioritize tasks and work well in both independent and team settings.

- Use phone or computer to send chauffeurs or affiliates to appropriate locations.

- Monitor the route and status of chauffeurs to coordinate and prioritize their schedules.

- Provide chauffeurs with information about orders, traffic, obstacles, and requirements.

- Enter data in computer systems and maintain logs and records of calls, activities, and other information.

- Provide exceptional customer service.

- Perform other tasks as necessary.

Required Skills:

- Tech-savvy with knowledge of relevant methods (CAD).

- Experience with Limoanywhere9898 and Excel highly preferred.

- Fast typing with experience in data entry.

- Proficient in English (oral and written).

- Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Active listener with excellent communication skills.

- Sound judgment and critical thinking.
